Job Description
As the company continues to expand its business in recent years, the importance of Investor Relations (IR) activities aimed at enhancing corporate value externally is growing.
In particular, strategic IR efforts targeting overseas and institutional investors are increasingly vital.
In addition, the rising awareness of ESG and sustainability has made enhanced disclosure of corporate transparency and sustainability a pressing issue.
To strengthen our IR framework and accurately communicate our value to both domestic and global investors, we are seeking a dedicated IR professional.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in bridging management and investors, contributing to the enhancement of corporate value.
Working closely with executives, you’ll gain deep insights into corporate strategy and business operations, while being involved in impactful tasks that can influence stock price.
Depending on your experience, there will also be opportunities to take on sustainability-related initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Translation of financial results presentations, financial statements, and timely disclosure documents into English
Translation of IR materials and financial results summaries into English
Updating IR and sustainability websites
Responding to investor inquiries
Scheduling and organizing IR meetings
Reporting IR activity results and making proposals to management
Conducting research and gathering information related to ESG disclosures

Working Conditions
Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break), 8 hours/day
Fixed overtime: Equivalent to 40 hours/month (included in base salary)
Average overtime: varies monthly
Salary & Compensation
Annual salary: ¥5,000,000–¥8,000,000
Monthly salary: ¥360,000–¥500,000
Base salary: ¥275,600–¥382,800
Fixed overtime allowance (40 hours): ¥84,400–¥117,200
Bonus: Twice per year
