Job Description
As an embedded software engineer based in the Yokohama area, you will be responsible for end-to-end development from design to implementation and testing for contracted projects. (In some cases, development phases may be split depending on the project.)
Main Responsibilities:
Embedded platform software development
∟ Various development phases including element development, PoC development, and product development
∟ Handle everything from understanding customer requirements, requirements definition, implementation, and evaluation
Client negotiations and coordination tasks
Project Examples:
DX and automation development in civil engineering/construction projects
Image processing device development for factory automation (FA)
IoT module development for rebar tying machines
Productivity improvement package development
Medical device development
Industrial sewing machine development

Scope of Work Location Changes:
The company may assign work at its head office in Takatsuki, Osaka, or other designated sites including Kadoma, Moriguchi, Daito (Osaka), Sapporo (Hokkaido), Yokohama (Kanagawa), Kusatsu (Shiga), or any other locations specified by the company (including remote work locations, client sites, and secondment locations).
Scope of Job Duty Changes:
You may be assigned any position determined by the company (including positions at secondment destinations).
Salary
Annual Income: ¥5.4M – ¥6.7M
Base Salary: ¥288,000 – ¥358,000
Monthly Salary: ¥344,000 – ¥428,000
Example:
With role grading system:
¥7M/year = ¥385,000 monthly salary + 25 hrs overtime + 4.4 months of bonuses
Allowances:
Overtime pay (calculated per minute, average: 23.3 hours/month)
Commuting allowance (actual cost within company regulations)
Working Hours
8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (45-minute break)
Flextime available (no core hours), actual hours may vary depending on location.

3 months (same working conditions apply)
