In March 2026, a new hotel named FUTATABI FUTABA FUKUSHIMA will open in Futaba Town, Fukushima Prefecture.
As a symbol of recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear disaster, this hotel will serve as a vital base for regional revitalization. We are now hiring front desk staff to welcome guests and support hotel operations.

Our operations span condominium and commercial building management, construction, security services, logistics, insurance, and call center operations.
We provide vital infrastructure and support services across Japan with a strong, stable business foundation.
◆ Job Description
As a front desk representative, you'll be the face of the hotel—providing a warm and welcoming experience to guests and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation handling: Manage bookings via travel websites, direct calls, and internal systems
Reception duties: Check-in/check-out, responding to guest requests
Guest services: Respond to special requests from hotel and training guests
Night duties: Nighttime facility patrols, end-of-day financial checks
Support roles: Assist with event room setup, spa reception, souvenir shop sales
Restaurant support: May assist in the adjoining restaurant during peak periods
Start Date: From March 2026 (flexible—April start also welcome)
Night Shifts: Approx. 6 times/month (with rest day after each shift)

Full-time, permanent position
No relocation transfers
Shift-based work (monthly total: 172 hours)
Examples: 7:00–16:00, 14:00–23:00, 13:00–9:00 (with 4-hour nap break)
Average overtime: 5–10 hours/month
Compensation
Monthly salary: ¥260,000–¥340,000
Annual income estimate: ¥4.02M–¥5.13M (based on 5h overtime + 6 night shifts/month)
Bonuses: Twice a year
Night shift allowance: ¥2,000/shift
