Position: Overseas Sales Representative
Location: Osaka, Japan (Head Office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (with 3-month probation period)
Salary: Annual salary ¥5,000,000 – ¥7,000,000 (yearly salary system)
Working Hours: Flex-time system (Core hours: 10:00–15:00, 7 hours 40 minutes per day)
Overtime: Less than 10 hours/month (No overtime encouraged)
Holidays: 126 days/year (Weekends and national holidays off), year-end & summer holidays, maternity/paternity leave, childcare leave, etc.

Job Description:
You will work in the department responsible for global business development as an Overseas Sales Representative. Your role includes:
Negotiating with local buyers and agents regarding new product introductions, promotions, and annual sales plans.
Planning and managing local events and social media campaigns.
Communicating product value, benefits, and correct usage tailored to each country’s market, beyond simple export of products.
Collaborating with distributors to expand sales channels, including drugstores, cosmetic shops, e-commerce platforms, duty-free shops at airports and downtown areas, and both private and government enterprises.
Supporting various events such as trade shows, media events, retailer and buyer meetings, and customer events, adapting to the country, season, and sales channel.
Acting as a proactive sales professional driving overseas market expansion.
