■ Job Overview｜Turn Ideas into Reality
You’ll lead internal projects based on new product and business ideas (planned by a separate team), coordinating with multiple departments to bring them to market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Launch and lead internal project teams
Manage tasks, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination
Design and implement marketing strategies (targeting, sales channel planning, promotional tactics)
Collaborate with sales teams and analyze market feedback
Direct creative deliverables such as websites, packages, and marketing materials
Oversee operations like meeting coordination, contract/NDA drafting, invoicing, and user agreements
(Initially, you’ll handle some operational tasks yourself for onboarding purposes, then supervise junior staff.)

Bonus: Twice a year
- Fixed Bonus: 1.5 months’ salary

Salary will be determined based on experience and previous income.
