The mission of the marketing operations is to standardize and standardize the knowledge and insights that members of the Drawer business have created so far, and to create an environment in which each individual can increase their productivity.
As the business expands, the number of employees in the marketing and sales teams is also rapidly expanding. In order to increase productivity per person, it is important to work on standardizing and automating existing work. However, the current team is not sufficiently structured to solve such issues, so we are looking for someone who can build advanced operations that support the rapid expansion.
[Job description]
In the Drawer Business Headquarters, the marketing and inside sales functions are active in the same team as the marketing and inside sales team. The marketing and inside sales operations team is responsible for maximizing the value of marketing and sales work by utilizing the latest technology and internal and external data.
The team currently consists of about four people, and the General Manager also serves as management. It is expected that you will join as the manager of this team.
Design, improve, and enhance data infrastructure and business flow using systems such as Salesforce
Discover issues for the marketing and inside sales team, analyze, create hypotheses, implement, interpret results, and propose improvements
