Draw creative concepts, proactively set visual tone and style, work on a consistent grand design from planning, negotiate with clients and within the team about the designs you create, and leave the delivery to you.

[Specific job description]
You will work in a scrum with strategic planners, PMs, and creative directors, and will be responsible for art direction. Draft visual design concepts. Work with designers and development members to lead products to release with high quality. (Main areas include art direction at higher layers such as transformation of existing businesses, new businesses, branding associated with service development, and vision formulation)
