Job description
You will be in charge of customer support for bilingual projects.
We are looking for a wide range of people, from those with no IT experience who want to work in IT using English to those with bilingual IT work experience.

■Job summary:
Projects will be decided based on your experience and time of joining the company. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English.
Mainly user support-related operational projects, and many projects involve touching and supporting actual devices.

- Mainly support for client PCs, mobile phones and peripheral devices
